Managing Director, Head of Client Service

As a Managing Director and Head of Client Service, Jandy is responsible for the ongoing design and execution of the firm’s overall client service experience. With a passion for creating a world-class client experience, she leads our client service department and works to strengthen collaboration among internal teams and regional leaders.

Before joining Wealthspire, Jandy spent most of her career with Wipfli Financial Advisors, where she built and developed teams with a focus on continuous process improvement and delivering an exceptional client experience. She began her career as a client service associate, spent years leading the client service department, and eventually became Chief Operating Officer until its recent acquisition.

With 20+ years of industry experience, Jandy has deep expertise in nearly all aspects of RIA operations and client service delivery, from working directly with clients to overseeing all back-office operational teams, to managing vendor and custodian relationships and leading cross-functional teams to collaboratively minimize pain points and improve processes.
