Wealthspire Advisors Names Six “Rising Stars” at 2024 Advisor Summit

During the 2024 Wealthspire Advisor Summit in Scottsdale, AZ earlier this year, the firm announced its first recognition program – Rising Stars – which recognizes employees who are on the advisor track, have less than 10 years of experience, have proven to be exceptional in their service of clients, and exemplify Wealthspire’s cultural values.

In the inaugural class of Rising Stars, six individuals were nominated by their colleagues and were honored for their dedication and commitment to serving others to make lives better. The award winners were as follows:

Rachel Haberman

Rachel is a senior advisor associate based in the Madison, WI office. She helps provide an enhanced layer of support to clients and advisors by leveraging firm resources to deliver reporting data, assist with portfolio construction and management, and build financial plans. Rachel is passionate about client education and enjoys fostering greater financial literacy among clients of all backgrounds.

Ryan Jordan, CFP®

Ryan is a senior advisor associate in the firm’s Potomac, MD office, assuming the role after an internship in the summer of 2020. As part of the team, he supports advisors in maintaining client relationships by completing day-to-day tasks, serving as a point of contact for clients, and assisting in all aspects of the financial planning process.

Allaire Langdon, CFP®

Allaire is a vice president in the Palm Beach Gardens office. She works with successful business and finance professionals who have sophisticated financial needs and who seek a trusted wealth partner. Allaire is a frequent speaker on financial topics and is passionate about financial education.

Julie Penwell, CFP®

Julie Penwell is an assistant vice president based in the Seattle, WA office. Julie found her way to wealth management through a strong passion for helping others and a long-time interest in financial planning.

Nate Richardson

Nate is an advisor associate in the New York office, supporting the broader advisor team in financial planning, investment strategies, and management of client relationships. He was previously a summer intern for Wealthspire Advisors before graduating from SUNY – Geneseo in 2021.

Luke Smith, CFP®, AIF®

Luke is an assistant vice president in the Salisbury, MD office. He creates customized financial plans for each client and upholds exceptional standards for communication and service. Luke has a passion for integrating investments into a comprehensive financial plan.
