Anora Gaudiano’s non-traditional path to becoming a financial advisor was one of the reasons she was selected as a 2022 Rising Star. Gaudiano grew up in a working-class family in Soviet Uzbekistan. She defied Uzbek societal norms and moved to New York, where she spent nearly 20 years as a journalist before embarking on a career in financial planning.
