Anora Gaudiano, CFP®

Vice President

Anora is a financial advisor in our New York office. Her clients are successful individuals, couples, and families who share a common desire to feel confident about their financial future and assured that they can navigate economic volatility throughout their lifetimes. She specializes in creating financial plans that fit their unique needs, managing their investment portfolios, and helping them address issues that range from retirement to tax planning.

Growing up in Uzbekistan, Anora learned at a young age the importance of budgeting, saving, and planning. When she came to the U.S. as a college student, she was motivated to help others live meaningful lives through education and information. Her goal is to connect with people, build a relationship of trust, and help them feel informed about the financial decisions they make throughout their lives.

Before joining Wealthspire, Anora spent nearly two decades as a journalist, with ten years focused on the markets and investing for various publications. She worked at MarketWatch as a Markets Reporter, covering global equity, fixed income, currency, and commodity markets. Before that, she was an Equities Reporter/Online editor at the Financial Times, splitting her time between writing a daily Wall Street column, blogging, and managing content for the FT’s U.S. home page. She also worked as a radio reporter for BBC World Service.

In 2022, Anora was named a “Rising Star” by Financial Planning Magazine.* She is an active member of Wealthspire’s Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging Committee. She is also an active member of the Financial Planning Association, serving as a board member of the Metro New York chapter and volunteering to provide pro-bono advice to those in need.

“Every life decision is a money decision, and it’s very important to get it right. I made a conscious decision to become an advisor mid-career after a decade as a financial reporter because I was inspired by the impact we are able to make on people’s lives and the lives of future generations.”
