Crystal Cox is a financial advisor based in the Madison, WI office and joined the firm in 2017. Taking a comprehensive and purposeful approach to wealth management, her main priority is building deep relationships while ensuring that each client’s portfolio is truly aligned with their risk tolerance and goals. She prides herself on clear, proactive, and empathetic communication and is a strong personal advocate for all her clients. While Crystal works with a variety of clients, she especially enjoys serving those who are navigating often-difficult life changes and seeks to empower them with knowledge and support as they work to achieve their goals.

Playing an instrumental part in the establishment and launch of Wealthspire’s Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) Committee, Crystal began serving as Co-Chair in 2020 and has now served as Chair since 2023. She is also active on the firm’s internal Advisor Council, is a member of the NFP DEIB Advisory Board, and has participated in the firm’s Financial Planning Committee and led the Midwest’s Summer Internship Program.

Crystal is a frequent speaker on financial topics at industry conferences and has been quoted in the New York Times, NerdWallet, Barron’s, MarketWatch, InvestmentNews, Business Insider, and AP News.

A Wisconsin native, Crystal is passionate about supporting her community through her participation in organizations such as Forward Janesville, OutReach LGBTQ+ Community Center, Special Olympics, Gift of Adoption, SecureFutures, Schools of Hope, and more.
