Chris Jennings, CFP®

Vice President

Chris Jennings is an education-first advisor who helps people in transition bring clarity and confidence to their financial lives. With more than a decade of experience, he guides clients through tax-efficient investment and spending strategies, legacy planning, and charitable giving.

Chris tailors his approach to each client’s goals and circumstances. Rather than subscribe to the “white picket fence” narrative, he positions himself as a guardrail between clients and their biggest financial decisions, offering calm and judgment-free support. He leads with financial literacy, making complex topics feel approachable, from understanding Roth IRA contributions to advanced inherited IRA withdrawal strategies.

Many of Chris’s clients are single professionals navigating long-term choices, including home purchases in New York City. He supports them through what can be a multi-year process, guiding clients through financial due diligence on co-ops and condos to help avoid costly missteps. His work also includes optimizing employer benefits, navigating stock grants, and implementing advanced retirement strategies such as in-plan Roth conversions.

Outside the office, Chris supports animal rescue groups through his personal DAF, Cash the Cat Giving Fund, is a proud uncle of five, and enjoys winter escapes to warmer places.
