Cheyenne joined the team in 2019 and works as a Client Operations Associate in the New York office. In this role, she processes client accounts and all related paperwork, assists in maintaining client data and information, and monitors custodial alerts and resolves client administrative issues. Previously, she worked as a Customer Service Representative at Community Trust Bank, where she worked directly with clients to support them in their daily needs. Currently residing in New York City, she is originally from Kentucky and spends her free time trying new restaurants and exploring new places throughout the city.
