Channing Olson

SVP, Head of Integration and Project Management

Channing Olson serves as Head of Integration and Project Management and is based in the Bay Area.

In this role, she oversees the entirety of the integration process, collaborating across internal and external teams to provide leverage for all who are involved and improve the overall experience for acquired staff and clients. She also helps manage strategic initiatives and projects, and elevates communication throughout the firm.

In 2019, Channing was recognized by the North Bay Business Journal as a Women in Business winner, and in 2020, she was recognized by the publication as one of their 40 Under 40 leaders. She was also named one of San Francisco Business Times’ Most Influential Women in Bay Area Business in 2023.*

Previously, Channing managed operations and marketing for a corporate consulting firm focused on accountability and culture management training for Fortune 1000 organizations. Channing also worked in operations for an international top ten law firm.

In addition to helping build and develop the team, Channing is dedicated to the Bay Area community and local volunteerism. She is a graduate of Leadership San Francisco, an executive training program for community trusteeship, and sat on a number of boards for local charitable organizations. In her free time, you can find her spending time in her garden or discovering new experiences through her travels.
