Designing Success: Channing Olson’s path to RIA leadership through operational excellence

Channing has long been an outspoken advocate for the RIA industry, helping to establish the standard for operational efficiency within tech, communications, marketing and facilities. She is a graduate of Leadership San Francisco and the G2 Leadership Institute and was one of only 35 people that Schwab tapped for their executive leadership program in 2020.  What most people don't realize is that Channing started as a receptionist for a top 100 international law firm in 2008, and very quickly saw a path for her to create efficiencies that significantly impact the productivity and success of a firm.  Today, Channing is the Head of Integration and Project Management at Wealthspire.  Previously, she played a key role in multiple M&A transactions and was the youngest partner in her previous firm, Private Ocean Wealth Management, based in the Bay Area. This is her story.
