Executive Vice President, General CounselVeronica serves as Executive Vice President and General Counsel for Wealthspire, representing the company in a variety of matters, including with respect to M&A, capital structure, debt management, corporate governance, litigation, and regulatory compliance.
She previously held various roles within the legal department of NFP, Wealthspire’s former parent company. Prior to that, Veronica was an associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP’s New York office. She holds a J.D. from New York University School of Law.
