As an Assistant Vice President and Advisor in the San Francisco Bay Area, Tierney works with individuals and families to bring clarity, intention, and purpose to their financial lives. Trained in the principles of financial life planning and coaching, she believes that true financial confidence comes from designing a plan that moves you toward your most meaningful life.
As a Certified Financial Planner®, Tierney takes a holistic approach to financial planning, partnering with clients on investment management, retirement planning, tax strategy, estate planning, and more. She is particularly passionate about guiding families through questions involving legacy, intergenerational planning, and wealth transfer, helping them determine how money can be a vehicle for shared values across generations.
In addition to her client work, Tierney leads the firm’s West Coast internship program and contributes to establishing advisor best practices across the team. Before joining Wealthspire, she served as a researcher and producer for educational documentary films, including $avvy (2021), a feature film about women and money that sparked her passion for financial literacy and empowerment.
