Solomon serves as Managing Director and Co-Head of Defined Contribution, working with advisors to help ensure they have the support and training to successfully provide guidance and ongoing fiduciary best practices in plan design and operations to plan sponsors. Solomon has been with the firm since 2014, bringing a diverse background in the investment industry. He has worked in both investment and client service roles, having worked for BlackRock’s iShares ETF group as a strategist focused on fixed income markets.
He holds a master’s degree in financial analysis and investment management from St. Mary’s College of California, a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Arizona, and he is a CFA® charterholder.
