Sergei Perepechenov
Advisor Associate
As an Advisor Associate in Wealthspire’s San Rafael office, Sergei works closely with clients and advisors throughout the financial planning process. He supports the development and implementation of financial plans and investment strategies while helping manage ongoing client relationships. With more than a decade of experience in wealth management, he brings a broad perspective across planning, investments, and portfolio management to his role. Prior to joining Wealthspire, Sergei was a Financial Professional with New York Life Insurance and a Financial Advisor and Portfolio Manager with AMT LLC, where he also previously led the firm’s legal department. Sergei is also committed to expanding access to financial guidance, volunteering with Community Action Marin’s Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program and the Financial Planning Association of San Francisco’s Pro Bono Committee. Sergei earned a Specialist Diploma in International Law from Kutafin Moscow State Law University in Moscow, evaluated by World Education Services as equivalent to U.S. bachelor’s and master’s degrees. He also holds a Certificate in Securities and Derivative Instruments from the Higher School of Economics in Moscow.
