Ryan has almost two decades experience working with Plan Sponsors, fiduciaries and participants achieve better retirement outcomes. Ryan advises organizations on the design, governance and optimization of both qualified and non-qualified retirement plans. Ryan specializes in fiduciary consulting, plan benchmarking, investment oversight, vendor evaluation and retirement plan governance. He works closely with employers to develop prudent fiduciary frameworks, enhance participant outcomes and deliver cost-effective, compliant retirement plan solutions. A cornerstone of his practice is participant education, helping employees and their families make informed financial decisions through engaging retirement and financial wellness programs. Ryan earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from West Virginia University and holds the Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist (CRPS®) designation, along with a Nonqualified Plan Advisor Certificate from the American Retirement Association. He has also passed the NASAA Series 66 examination.
Ryan was recognized by the National Association of Plan Advisors (NAPA) as a Top Retirement Plan Advisor Under 40 (NAPA ACE) in both 2023 and 2024. Beyond his professional responsibilities, Ryan is actively involved in his community and serves on the Board of Directors for the Youth Development Center of Winchester/Frederick County and is President of the Shenandoah Valley West Virginia University Alumni Chapter.
Ryan was recognized by the National Association of Plan Advisors (NAPA) as a Top Retirement Plan Advisor Under 40 (NAPA ACE) in both 2023 and 2024.
