Mike Sbrocco
Based in our San Rafael office, Mike serves as the Managing Director of our West Region. He has more than two decades of experience in leadership and management roles, bringing a diverse background that spans small privately held organizations and large publicly traded international companies.
Prior to joining Wealthspire, Mike served as Chief Financial Officer for a predecessor firm that became part of Wealthspire in 2021. Throughout his career, he has developed deep expertise in Accounting & Finance, Human Resources, Administration, Sales & Marketing, and Mergers & Acquisitions.
Mike has a strong track record of building operational infrastructure, streamlining processes, and leading high-performing teams through periods of growth and transformation.
Mike is also deeply committed to philanthropy and community engagement. In recognition of his extraordinary dedication to community service, he was named a recipient of Wealthspire’s 2026 John Wolff Award. Through his leadership and volunteer efforts, Mike has championed causes that support underserved youth, education, scientific research, and community well-being, while creating meaningful opportunities for colleagues to give back and make a positive impact.
