Michèle joined the firm in 2011 and serves as both a financial advisor and the Head of Advisor Success for the firm. Michèle has over two decades of experience addressing the unique and complex financial needs of high net worth executives, retirees, and families. As an advisor, she has developed a specialty working with clients going through life changes, such as retirement, divorce, and widowhood.
As Wealthspire’s Head of Advisor Success, Michèle has responsibility for driving Wealthspire’s excellence in practice management and Advisor development across the enterprise. She is the primary leader of advancing the firm’s practices and processes that drive Advisor success including business planning, sales management practices, Advisor development, and the tools, content and activities that support these efforts.
Forbes named Michèle to its Top Women Wealth Advisors list in 2021, to its Top Women Wealth Advisors Best-In-State list since 2022, and to its list of Best-In-State Wealth Advisors in 2025.
Michèle formerly chaired the firm’s Financial Planning Committee and is now the chair of the Advisor Council. She also served as co-head of the Potomac, MD office. Previously, Michele was a senior financial advisor with the Global Wealth Management Group at Merrill Lynch where she worked for ten years.
