Michael Goss
Chief Revenue Officer, Head of InstitutionalAs Head of Institutional Consulting and Chief Revenue Officer, Mike sets the strategy and oversees the operations of our institutional consulting practice while driving firmwide growth. He also advises nonprofit, family office, corporate, and governmental clients, drawing on more than two decades of experience in portfolio construction, strategic asset allocation, investment manager oversight, fee analysis, and peer benchmarking.
Mike co-founded Fiduciary Investment Advisors, LLC, which combined with Fiducient Advisors in 2020. Earlier in his career, he served as a Senior Vice President and PRIME Consultant at UBS Financial Services Inc. He earned an MBA from Babson College and a bachelor's degree from Boston College.
Committed to industry and community leadership, Mike is a cofounder and trustee of the CT Public Pension Forum, a trustee of the Hartford Youth Scholars Foundation and a board member of The Latimer Group. He previously served as an overseer of the Horace Bushnell Memorial Hall as a member of its Investment Committee. In his free time, Mike plays lead guitar in The FourFathers.
