As Managing Director, Head of Client Service, she oversees the people and processes that shape each client’s journey, from onboarding through complex wealth events.

With over 20 years’ experience navigating wealth management operations, Margaret brings a unique perspective shaped by her background in compliance, operations, technology, and people management. This combination gives her an invaluable lens and understanding of what it takes to deliver premier service at scale.

Margaret’s career has been defined by elevating how wealth management firms operate, creating frameworks that enable outstanding client experiences. She joined Wealthspire as Office Lead for predecessor firm GM Advisory Group, previously also holding leadership roles at Fusion Family Wealth and First Empire Securities, spanning compliance, operations, and trading. In each position, she’s focused on a core principle: sustainable growth requires investing in your people and building systems that enhance rather than constrain relationships.

What drives Margaret is cultivating high-performing teams that clients trust as their first point of contact and creating work environments where colleagues are equipped and empowered to deliver that trust every day.
