Marcel focuses on retirement plan advisory partnering with plan sponsors and committees to support their fiduciary and investment decision making. He has been with the firm since 2014. Marcel holds the Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA) designation, issued by the National Association of Plan Advisors, which reflects proficiency in plan administration, compliance, investment, fiduciary, and ethics matters. He earned a J.D. and an M.B.A. from Loyola University New Orleans and a B.S.B.A. in Economics from the University of Southern Mississippi.
