Lenis focuses on retirement plan advisory, partnering with plan sponsors and committees to support their fiduciary and investment decision making. She has been with the firm since 2020, and brings prior retirement plan experience as a Qualified Plan Specialist at Strategic Wealth Management Group. Lenis holds the Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF) and Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist (CRPS) designations, reflecting expertise in fiduciary standards of care and in designing and maintaining retirement plans.
