As an Advisor Associate in Wealthspire’s Reston office, Katie works closely with clients and advisors throughout the financial planning process. Katie joined Wealthspire full time after completing the firm’s wealth management internship program in 2022. Katie’s interest in financial planning began at Virginia Tech, where she completed the university’s CFP® Certification Education Option as part of her finance degree. While in school, she served as an undergraduate teaching assistant and volunteered with the Stock Market Game, helping elementary school students learn the fundamentals of investing. Katie earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Virginia Tech. She is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional and holds the Series 65 license.
