Karl Stiegmann, CFP®
Assistant Vice PresidentKarl is a financial advisor who helps people bring clarity and confidence to their financial decisions. He understands how easy it is to feel overwhelmed when life gets busy and the stakes get higher. His approach is grounded in simplicity, trust, and a genuine desire to help others make progress toward what matters most.
Karl’s interest in financial planning began early, sitting beside his grandfather and asking questions about investing. That curiosity was reinforced by his parents, who introduced a simple allowance system that encouraged thoughtful choices around spending, saving, and giving. These early experiences shaped Karl’s belief that financial planning is really about aligning decisions with personal values and long-term priorities.
In his work today, Karl focuses on being a steady presence for his clients. Whether they’re weighing a career move, planning for a child’s education, or tackling a major home project, he’s there to help them think things through and make informed choices. He’s known for being a good listener and for translating complex financial topics into plain language that feels approachable and actionable.
Karl also makes it a point to stay connected with peers who are just beginning to think about their financial future. He understands what it’s like to be in those early chapters starting a career and trying to make smart decisions. His goal is to be a trusted resource now, so that when the time comes, those relationships already feel grounded in support.
Karl joined the team in 2017 following an internship with the firm.
