Justin Goldstein, AIF®
Senior Vice President, Head of Wealthspire at WorkJustin serves as Senior Vice President and Head of Wealthspire at Work, the firm’s national financial wellness and workplace wealth platform. In this role, he is responsible for building and scaling participant-focused financial education, coaching, and wealth management solutions that help organizations improve workforce financial well-being while creating sustainable growth for the firm.
With more than 15 years of experience in retirement and wealth management, Justin brings deep expertise in fiduciary advisory, participant engagement strategies, and enterprise operating model design. He works closely with plan sponsors, internal advisory teams, and executive leadership to integrate financial wellness, retirement, and wealth services into a cohesive, scalable platform.
He earned an undergraduate degree in finance from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater and holds the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® designation.
The Center for Fiduciary Studies owns the mark AIF®, which it awards to individuals who successfully complete initial and ongoing accreditation requirements.
