As a Senior Vice President, Client Service, she brings an unwavering dedication to delivering exceptional service marked by accuracy, efficiency, and genuine care.
Her professional experience spans client service, marketing, implementation consulting, and operations. Julie is widely recognized for her ability to bring clarity to complexity, streamline systems, and elevate service standards. She anticipates client needs, solves problems proactively, and leads with both strategic insight and empathy, making her a valued partner to colleagues and clients alike.
Julie’s leadership is grounded in her passion for structure, operational excellence, and doing things right the first time. She leads with intention, balancing a focus on systems with a deep appreciation for people.
Outside of work, Julie is a dedicated supporter of causes close to her heart, including the Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America and A.D.R.O.P. (Augustinian Defenders of the Rights of the Poor).
Whether supporting clients or spending time with her husband, Zig, and their two children, Lorelei and Christopher, Julie lives by a guiding belief: “Having a smile on your face is a good compliment to life, but putting a smile on another’s face by your efforts is the best compliment to life.”
