John Dobson, CFP®

Assistant Vice President

John Dobson helps business owners and professionals bring clarity to their financial lives, especially as things start to get more complex. Whether it’s planning for retirement, managing cash flow, or making sure their money is working for them, John takes a steady, thoughtful approach to every conversation. He focuses on understanding what matters most and making recommendations that support the bigger picture.

Many of the people John works with have spent years building something, whether it’s a business, a career, or a life for their family. They’re used to making decisions on their own, but they’ve reached a point where structure and trusted guidance can make all the difference. John’s role is to help them move forward with confidence, knowing they’ve covered what they need to.

Inspired by his grandfather’s legacy of quiet impact in Wisconsin finance, John approaches his work with integrity and intention. He’s known for his calm, intentional style, listening closely, building trust, and helping clients move forward with confidence.

John began his career in mutual funds and client service before becoming an advisor. What started as an unexpected path quickly became a meaningful one, shaped by genuine relationships and a commitment to thoughtful guidance.

Outside the office, John enjoys spending time with his family and getting out on the golf course whenever he can. For him, golf is more than a hobby, it’s a way to recharge and practice the same patience and precision he brings to his work.
