Faron focuses on retirement plan advisory, partnering with plan sponsors and committees to support their fiduciary and investment decision making. He has been with the firm since 2023, and brings prior retirement advisory experience from roles at ACG Advisory Services and Scottrade. Faron holds the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF) designations, reflecting expertise in financial planning and fiduciary standards of care applied to the investment management process. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business from Virginia Commonwealth University.
