Her experience includes advising on ERISA compliance, plan administration, plan conversions, and regulatory developments. Erica assisted in the development of Wealthspire’s Healthcare Fiduciary Service, an initiative focused on strengthening governance and compliance practices for employer-sponsored health and welfare plans. She is committed to helping organizations navigate an evolving regulatory landscape and achieve long-term success. Erica holds a Juris Doctor degree and is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida.
