Client Service Associate
As a Client Service Associate in Wealthspire’s New York office, Emi supports clients and their advisors with new account setup, account transitions and transfers, money movements, and ongoing service needs. She takes the time to understand each family she supports, helping anticipate needs, simplify complex processes, and keep requests moving from initiation through completion. Prior to joining Wealthspire, Emi worked in client services at JPMorgan Chase, where she developed a strong foundation in client support and financial services. She is known for her resourceful, solutions-focused approach, attention to detail, and ability to coordinate closely with advisors and colleagues. Whether managing a transfer or responding to a time-sensitive request, Emi takes ownership of the details and keeps clients informed throughout the process. Emi earned a Bachelor of Arts in Corporate Communication from Baruch College.
