As a Senior Client Service Associate in Wealthspire’s New York office, Ebony supports clients and their advisors with account openings, transfers, distributions, retirement rollovers, and other complex service needs. She manages requests from initiation through completion, bringing organization, discretion, and close attention to detail, particularly when clients are navigating important or time-sensitive matters. Ebony joined Wealthspire in 2017 in office management before transitioning to the wealth advisory team. Prior to Wealthspire, she held executive administrative and operations roles at Cantor Fitzgerald Wealth Partners and Human Capital. Her background in operations, executive support, and financial coordination has given her particular expertise in managing complex account transfers, navigating sensitive client situations, and anticipating needs to keep requests moving efficiently. Ebony earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Finance with a concentration in Certified Financial Planning and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix.
