Deana Calvelli brings more than three decades of retirement industry experience to her role leading Wealthspire's strategic partnerships, developing new business
opportunities, and advising retirement plan sponsors on retirement strategy, plan governance, fiduciary oversight, and employee financial well-being.

Recognized as an innovative leader who challenges the status quo, Deana is passionate about advancing financial security and improving retirement outcomes for American workers and their families. She is an advocate for retirement security, financial literacy, and public policy initiatives that strengthen workplace retirement plans. Through her service as a Board Member of the Retirement Advisor Council (RAC) and volunteer leadership roles with the National Association of Plan Advisors (NAPA), she helps advance industry priorities and promote financial security for American workers. In addition, Deana serves on the Board of Directors of The Forum of Executive Women and co-chairs the Philadelphia chapter of WIPN (We Inspire. Promote. Network.), helping advance leadership opportunities and greater equity for women in the retirement industry.

A graduate of Duke University with a degree in economics, Deana has been recognized by PLANADVISER as a Top Retirement Plan Adviser in 2022 and 2023 and as a NAPA Top Women Advisor/Women of Excellence Captain in 2020, 2021, 2022, 2024, and 2025.

Before joining Wealthspire, Deana held leadership positions with Creative Planning, Lockton Retirement, Buck Consultants (now Gallagher), and Wells Fargo.
