David Nicosia

David Nicosia serves as Managing Director at Wealthspire, where he partners with institutional and individual investors to align the firm's customized wealth management, advisory, and OCIO solutions with their unique objectives and long-term goals.
With more than 20 years of experience in investment management business development, David brings a broad and well-rounded background spanning institutional distribution, OCIO, consultant relations, and advisor and platform channels.
Prior to joining Wealthspire, David served as Senior Vice President and Business Development Officer within the Truist Foundations & Endowments Specialty Practice, where he led business development efforts for discretionary OCIO and advisory services supporting nonprofit organizations throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast.
Earlier in his career, David held senior business development and distribution leadership roles at Maryland Capital Management (now Cerity Partners), Advanced Investment Partners, an affiliate of State Street Investment Management, Old Mutual Asset Management, and AllianceBernstein. Across these organizations, he led institutional sales, marketing, client service, and strategic growth initiatives. In addition to his investment management experience, David has led business development and growth initiatives for startups and technology companies, bringing a diverse perspective to helping organizations achieve their long-term objectives.
David earned both his MBA and BA from Mount Saint Mary's University.
