Managing Director
David Heroux is managing director for Southern California. He brings with him 21 years of experience working in all phases of qualified plan design and administration, as well as serving in an advisory and financial planning capacity for corporate retirement plans. A previous principal with Campbells Administration and 401Plans, both third- party qualified plan administration and financial advisory firms, David helps guide plan sponsors and their participants to financial wellness and long-term success. David focuses on simplifying the complexities of qualified plans for plan sponsors and participants. He has helped numerous clients navigate complex Department of Labor and IRS plan audits. He’s also given hundreds of training presentations to plan sponsors, human resources and payroll departments, and plan participants. He also holds the chartered Retirement Plans Specialist (CRPS) and certified 401(k) professional (C(k)P) designations.
