A seasoned executive with extensive experience in business growth and organizational development, Carl serves as President of Wealthspire and is responsible for overall strategic leadership and operational oversight. With a focus on driving both organic and inorganic growth initiatives, he leads the firm’s M&A and integration efforts and fosters collaboration across business lines to achieve unified growth objectives.
As a decisive leader, Carl helps shape the firm’s culture and direction, ensuring alignment between strategic goals and day-to-day operations. He works closely among internal departments to guide processes like budgeting and finance, along with recruitment of top executive talent and development of staff capabilities that support sustainable success.
Previously, Carl spent nearly 25 years as Executive Vice President and Head of M&A at NFP where he was also a founding partner. During his tenure, he established a highly disciplined acquisition and integration approach that created significant value for stakeholders. He was responsible for leading the majority of acquisitions that now comprise Wealthspire, demonstrating his exceptional ability to identify, execute, and integrate transformative business opportunities.
