As an Assistant Vice President on Wealthspire’s Centralized Client Service Operations team, Ashley supports the processes, systems, and operational infrastructure used by client service professionals across the firm. With eight years of client service and operations experience, she helps implement firmwide processes, address escalations and custodian matters, and maintain accurate, reliable data to support consistent service delivery. Ashley brings a systems-oriented approach and hands-on experience across client relationships and internal operations. Her background allows her to anticipate the requirements behind complex requests, identify potential issues early, and help teams navigate operational challenges efficiently. She is particularly focused on process consistency, data quality, and creating a strong operational foundation for client service teams. Ashley earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from California State University, Fresno and holds the Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional™ (FPQP™) designation.
