Fiducient Advisors becomes Wealthspire Institutional, bringing institutional and retirement advisory capabilities together under the Wealthspire name

NEW YORK, October 13, 2026 – Wealthspire, an independent wealth management, institutional advisory, and business management firm, today unveiled a refreshed brand and website designed to better reflect the organization it has become and the breadth of resources available to clients.

The refreshed identity represents an evolution of the Wealthspire brand. The firm has retained its recognizable logo mark while refining its visual expression to reflect a broader, more connected organization. The relationships and client-centric approach that have defined Wealthspire remain at its core, now strengthened by expanded capabilities across the firm. The firm’s purpose remains: Inspiring Trust. Enriching Lives.

“Everything Wealthspire has always stood for is still here: trusted relationships, accountability, and a deep commitment to our clients,” said Angela Giombetti, chief marketing officer of Wealthspire. “For clients, the experience remains personal, but the path to the expanded resources of Wealthspire is clearer. The refreshed brand gives us a more intuitive way to show how our services converge to support clients as their needs evolve.”

The brand refresh follows a transformative period for Wealthspire as established businesses have come together across private wealth, institutional advisory, and business management. Together, they give Wealthspire greater depth to support individuals, families, businesses, and institutions as their financial needs and responsibilities become increasingly complex.

“Our clients have trusted the people and firms that make up Wealthspire for a long time, and this brand is meant to honor that trust,” said Mike LaMena, chief executive officer of Wealthspire. “What matters most to them is a relationship with people who know them well, and we are focused on making sure that relationship is backed by the depth of a broader firm, whether we are advising a family, a company’s retirement plan, or an endowment’s board.”

A key part of the evolution marks the transition of Fiducient Advisors to Wealthspire Institutional. Wealthspire Retirement Advisory will also be housed within Wealthspire Institutional, creating a dedicated home for the firm’s institutional advisory capabilities. Wealthspire Institutional will serve retirement plans, nonprofit endowments and foundations, and other organizations through investment consulting, fiduciary guidance, governance support, and related advisory services.

“Wealthspire Institutional brings together teams that have long shared a commitment to highly personal service and rigorous institutional advice,” said Mike Goss, president of Wealthspire Institutional and chief revenue officer of Wealthspire. “Bringing those teams together under the Wealthspire name makes the connection across our organization clearer while allowing us to remain focused on the distinct needs of institutional clients.”

Wealthspire’s broader brand structure reflects the diverse needs of our clients while providing clearer access to the resources and expertise available across the organization. Wealthspire will continue to serve private wealth clients, including individuals and multigenerational families with increasingly complex financial lives, while Wealthspire Institutional provides dedicated retirement and nonprofit endowment and foundation advisory services. Newport Private Wealth, the organization’s Canadian private wealth firm, and Ground Control Business Management will continue to operate under their existing brands.
