Wealthspire Advisors’ Michael Delgass and Tim Hughes named to 2022 AdvisorHub RIA 50 RIAs to Watch list

New York, September 22, 2022 – Wealthspire Advisors LLC, an NFP company and independent registered investment adviser firm headquartered in New York City, today announced that Michael Delgass and Tim Hughes have been named to the AdvisorHub RIA’s 2022 “50 RIAs to Watch” list, an inaugural ranking that spotlights elite advisors transforming the industry.

AdvisorHub RIA compiles a list of 50 RIAs who are expanding their teams and raising the bar for financial services. Advisors are ranked on a 100-point scale in three categories. Scale is a function of assets, production, and quality of service. Growth is a year-over-year change in assets, clients, and production. Professionalism includes regulatory record, community involvement, and team makeup. There was no charge to be considered for this award. Additional information about the ranking methodology is available here.

Michael Delgass, J.D., is a Managing Director and Advisor at Wealthspire Advisors, also serving as the firm’s Northeast Region Lead. Delgass has been with the firm since 2005 and has almost 20 years of wealth management experience. As a former practicing attorney, much of his work as an advisor is for other attorneys, but he also serves clients with family businesses, special education/special needs issues, and complex estate planning structures.

Tim Hughes, CFP®, is a Managing Director and Advisor who also serves as the firm’s Mid-Atlantic Region Lead and head of the firm’s Reston, Virginia office. He has been part of the team since 2007 and has over 20 years of experience tailoring financial plans for business owners, families, real estate developers, profit-sharing plans, and retirees. Tim specializes in helping charitably inclined families optimize their philanthropic goals and applying collateralized lending strategies to help business owners and investors bridge uneven cash flow needs.

“Mike and Tim’s inclusion on the 50 RIAs to Watch list shines a light on their dedication to their clients and their leadership at our firm,” said Wealthspire Advisors CEO, Mike LaMena. “Having two Wealthspire advisors named to this list is a testament to the leadership and talents of our growing team.”
